Refund Policy

⏰ 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Both teachers and students must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the lesson.

✅ If cancelled 12+ hours before:
  • Full refund to student
  • No penalty to teacher
⚖ If cancelled less than 12 hours before:
  • Lesson is marked as completed
  • Teacher receives full payment
  • No refund issued
This protects preparation time and scheduling fairness for both sides.

🚫 2. No-Show Policy

If either party does not attend the lesson without prior notice:

  • Lesson is marked completed
  • Teacher receives full payment
  • No refund
Professional commitment matters.

🔁 3. Technical Issues Policy

If a lesson is seriously disrupted due to technical issues:

  • Both sides must report within 24 hours
  • Platform reviews evidence
  • Partial or full refund may be issued
We aim for solutions, not conflict.

🌟 4. First Lesson Happiness Guarantee

If a new student is not satisfied with their first lesson, they may request within 24 hours:

  • A free replacement lesson with another teacher
  • OR a full refund
No pressure. No arguments. Because trust comes first.

🏛 5. Dispute & Mediation

If a disagreement occurs:

  • Both parties may submit proof within 48 hours
  • Platform reviews attendance logs and messages
  • Decision made within 5 working days
