Cancellation Policy
To respect time and scheduling fairness for all students, please follow the guidelines below: Rescheduling You may reschedule a lesson up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time at no charge. Cancellations You may cancel a lesson up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time at no charge. Inside 12 Hours If you cancel or request a reschedule within 12 hours of the lesson start, the full lesson fee will be charged (100% of the class price). No-Show If you do not attend the class without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full lesson fee (100% of the class price) will be charged.
